Question 1:Why must I fax through my ID and a copy of the credit card when I order online the first time with the credit card?
Answer: Unfortunately due to the increase of fraud cases, we have followed Nedbank's advice and we are using this method to make sure the user of the credit card matches up to the owner of the credit card. You will only be asked for this on the first order. Your information is not shared with anyone else in the company or any 3rd party, and is only kept for administration purposes

Question 2: I know you stock this product but it does not appear on the site?
Answer: The current website only has our main promotions for the month and a couple of special one's, exclusive for the website. Our webmaster is constantly busy updating and growing the website, so in time, more products will appear

Question 3: How do I add to a order or specify a flavour etc.?
Answer: When you place an order, you will get a conformation email of this order. All you have to do is reply to this email and either add a product to the order that does not appear on the site or specify a flavour of a product etc.

Question 4: Why does the website not automatically calculate my postage costs for a order that falls outside of your delivery area?
Answer: We need to check the weight and size of the parcel before we can be sure that we give you the right shipping charges. We get the order, check the weight size of the parcel and inform you of the costs involved

Question 5:How is the shipping charges calculated
Weight is calculated in one of two ways, either actual weight or volumetric weight. The courier companies use the highest value. Volumetric weight is based on the size of the parcel. So you can have an order that weighs 1 kilo, but because of the size of the parcel the volumetric weight is 5 kilo's, the latter will be charged as the shipping charges. This happens with products such as Nappies, which weigh next to nothing, but the size of the pack is very large, leading to a large parcel being sent.
